We would like to introduce a case study of "Magnet Rolls" handled by Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd. The issue we are presenting this time is the concern that "supply problems are occurring due to the decrease in magnet roll production manufacturers." To address the increase in EOL (end of life) associated with the decrease in production manufacturers, it is necessary to reproduce the magnetic characteristics (magnetic waveform) of other manufacturers. Therefore, by using PST's unique method of individual piece molding and individual magnetization control technology, we were able to reproduce the magnetic waveform of existing manufacturers and contribute to solving the supply problem.
